  •  AFTER FILLING OUT YOUR APPLICATION SEE BELOW: Submit ALL supporting documents through email to rosescloset_office@yahoo.com I will need a copy of your State
    Issued     sale and use tax permit (this is not your EIN or your S.S.# ) the is a special
    license / permit that allows you to purchase products with out paying sales tax because you will be collecting this tax when you resale and this Arkansas form filled out and signed
